Epsilon Systems, a 100% employee-owned company, is a diversified professional and technical services company based in San Diego.

Epsilon Systems provides total life-cycle support to defense systems, such as research, analysis, concept development, system architecture, engineering, software development, specialized product design, assembly and testing, operational support, training and learning solutions, and maintenance and logistics. By bringing together top-notch engineers, technicians, developers and thinkers, Epsilon Systems thrives in the highly competitive federal contracting arena.

In support of the fleet, we provide marine engineering, assessment, maintenance and repair capabilities for all classes of U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, surface ships, submarines and service craft.

Our Epsilon C5I subsidiary provides C5ISR and battlespace management support including software development, systems engineering, cyber security, program management and training solutions.

Our Advanced Products group provides design, assembly and testing for a range of electric, electronic and mechanical systems used in military and commercial applications.

Epsilon Systems has provided major support for Rise Up Industries, which assists previously incarcerated, formerly gang involved individuals to successfully reenter society.

Our History

The Foundation

Our 100% employee-owned company was founded in 1998 by U.S. Navy Veteran Submariner and Korean immigrant Bryan B. Min.

After our first days with only a Mail Boxes Etc. address, we moved to an office in Barrio Logan, San Diego, and started providing services and products for military clients.

Humble Beginnings

Growth Across the U.S.

Shortly after our inception, anchor offices were established in Albuquerque, NM and Portsmouth, VA, launching Epsilon Systems' national presence. We now have over a dozen locations – and we’re still growing.

Epsilon Systems has transformed and reorganized to support our phenomenal growth. Business groups have evolved and subsidiaries have been acquired to meet client and contract needs.
